Under the name Casilofi, San Holo has recreated some of his original music from back in his beginning days.
“Casilofi is the first electronic project I ever started in terms of producing my own music,” stated San. “It really started when I first got my laptop. A new world opened for me when I realized I could record things myself and layer things. I didn’t have to rely on a band, I could just take everything into my own hands. It was just 100% my own creativity that went into it, that really appealed to me.”
The songs from the album can be described as “no studios, all laptops, and home recordings” The new EP is called ‘Create, Create, Create’ and takes us back to the style he started as.
