Insomniac Launches ‘Insomniac Music Group’

To celebrate their 25th anniversary, Insomniac launches Insomniac Music Group. This branch will act as an internal umbrella to provide operational and administrative services. Meaning Insomniac Music Group will provide distribution of music and management services.

Insomniac has been killing it. Not only are they known for Insomniac Records, EDC, their yearly/ weekly shows, they have Bassrush Records, Dreamstate Records, Hard Summer, and some very talented names on all these. On top of all this they essentially added a PR company.

They will be offering distribution and management such as Bassrush, HARD Recs, IN / ROTATION, Dreamstate Records and the Discovery Project, and now with Chris Lake’s Black Book Records, Fisher’s Catch & Release, and NGHTMRE and SLANDER’s Gud Vibrations. “Having been one of the first partners to back our Gud Vibrations events … Insomniac has been instrumental in the growth of NGHTMRE and SLANDER’s touring business,” manager Steve Haddad said in a press release. “It was an obvious choice for us to work with them on the new label. The entire Insomniac Music Group team has been a pleasure to work with and have created a great foundation for our back office, allowing us to focus on A&R and the other creative elements of our label.”

This is an exciting new venture for Insomniac, check out their website for more.
