Insomniac has announced that it will be officially creating a new music festival for 2019.
“These two worlds have so many parallels…They’re colorful and high energy, they attract an audience that’s extremely passionate about community, and there’s a level of creative expression that both cosplayers and ravers share that you don’t see anywhere else. I’m excited to bring these two worlds together in a live environment like it’s never been done before.”
Recently, EDM DJs are signing to video game companies The Fortnite Pro Am featured several DJs ranging from Marshmello to Dillon Francis.
Deadmau5 was the first to use Twitch. A platform used for video game streams and to tease new music while interacting with fans.
The festival will feature renowned electronic dance music DJs, live gaming, cosplay and other activities.
The lineup, date or the location has yet to be released about PLAY Music Festival, but we will keep you updated as we hear more information.
