GRiZ Releases New Song “A New Day,” Tackling Gun Violence

Over this past weekend, GRiZ released his new single “A New Day,” featuring Matisyahu. The single talks about gun violence. The reggae vocalist and rapper, Matisyahu raps about keeping your head high and putting the bullets down.

This isn’t the first time GRiZ has tackled social issues. He has previously helped raise money for the LGBTQ organization ‘It Gets Better,’ and helped raise money more than $100,000 for Detroit public schools.

“A New Day,” is the newest single off his forthcoming Ride Waves LP. The newest single is available for streaming and download on all streaming platforms.

GRiZ will also be heading on tour on March 2nd, 2019.
